About our founder


John Morrow GAICD, GIS, commenced his career managing Australian businesses for well over 30 years ago.


After leaving the Defence Force in the early 1990s, John pursued a career within the private sector, capitalising on his management and leadership experience. With his tertiary qualifications and leadership/management experience, John established a national business mentoring network of current and former CEOs and managing directors.


Decades later, John has personally mentored hundreds of small to medium-sized business owners across Australia and overseas.


As a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Governance Institute of Australia, John now lives with his family in Perth, Western Australia, and travels extensively working with boards and business owners.
